Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your purchase except for non-returnable, clearance, and special order items (call your representative to determine which products are non-returnable). A 50% deposit is required for all special order items and is non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused, and in new condition; in the original packaging; and include all parts, instructions, and accessories.

 

Charges for installation or freight are non-refundable after services have been performed. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. All returns maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Item’s deemed defective by manufacturer will be replaced, not refunded. Credit will not be issued from Ideal Automotive and Truck Accessories without prior authorization for the return and will be issued as a store credit not refund.
